Samir Moftah defended me against a train operating company which, in response to a period of fare evasion, treated every single journey I made for many years as an offence based only on the fact that tickets existed. Samir was professional and empathetic in his approach, helped me gather my evidence with the necessary structure and negotiated on my behalf. As a result he reduced the settlement demand from $12.2K to £1.3K, which was beyond what I could imagine even in a best case scenario. On top of that, the cost of his work was fixed and really affordable. Especially compared with other solicitors I reached out to, where it seemed that I would end up paying them more than the original demand was before they would even finish negotiating. Very highly recommended.
