I had to hand my self in to the police station via arrest by appointment, Toni Wildish was there with me every step of the way ! Toni made sure that my case was to be dealt with as fast and swiftly as possible, I handed myself in at 17:00 within 15 mins Toni was there ready to get to work, Toni made sure that there was no hold ups or delays in regards to my case and I am most certainly impressed with how straight to the point and professional Toni is, I remained at the station over night to the following day and first thing Toni was there ready to get to work and very adamant to make sure I was to be released, Toni sat me down for the interview and prepared me for the moment but with Toni’s polite and professional manor I felt re assured that She is the woman for the job and that I would be released based upon allegations which were not worthy of me being detained longer than what I have already done in the time of being at the station but Toni made sure I was to be done and dealt with as quick as possible, However As my custody time is approaching to the last of the 24 hour holding period I was told by a Sgt that I was going to be held over night till the following morning to be seen in court, I was nervous, concerned not knowing what I were to face the following day but Toni made sure that it wasn’t going to happen, Toni Called the station up and had spoken to the Sgt in regards to my long detention at the station and within 2 hours I had my door opened to be told I got NFA and that I would be immediately released, I would like to show my up most respect and gratitude to Toni Wildish as she is Polite, Punctual, Professional and perfect in her area of field and I couldn’t appreciate Toni enough for the amazing work, Thankyou So much Toni and I would also like to add that if I ever get into any issues again I can assure you that Toni will be the first person I will be calling, Thankyou for the great work Toni wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for your amazing work, If you need someone That’s professional and has great results Toni is the one for you. On the 22/8/25 I was arrested by the police due to the most ridiculous allegations made by a family member. I was arrested at 7.40am & was in custody just before 8am. Firstly I was asked if I wanted a solicitor, which I said yes & stated which company I wanted. Then from about 8.15am, after fingerprints etc I was in a cell all day until it was time to talk to my solicitor at about 6.30pm. I had someone called Tracy, who was the most loveliest person. She was so kind, caring & empathetic, listening to everything I had to say. Tracy was so understanding, explaining everything to me in detail before my interview. When it was time for the interview, Tracy was right by my side. Once the interview was done, the police officer was still recording which Tracy put her hand on my shoulder to stop me talking & said to the police officer "is this normal procedure to keep the recording going after the interview has been completed", which the officer stopped the recording. Tracy then said "Me & my client would like to talk", so the officer left the room & Tracy was then telling me what she thinks the outcome will be, what the next steps are etc. But also I have used Clarke Kieran before in the past, & they have simply been the best Legal Solicitors company I have ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of legal help!
