It wasn't straightforward, but throughout Amanda was an exemplar of professionalism, assistance, personal support and efficiency. She was responsive, totally unflappable, communicated effectively and gave us some invaluable advice including on Deeds of Variation. As we have been so pleased with various conveyancing services provided by EMD Law in the recent past, we engaged Nicola to undertake the conveyancing of my late brother - in - law's property. Although a problem with the deeds emerged and the initial buyers withdrew for a separate reason, Nicola calmly and tenaciously worked through these issues with great efficiency and patience. She communicated promptly, politely and effectively throughout the whole process. Commendably, Nicola even came into the office from leave on the day of completion especially to see the deal over the line. We would subsequently thoroughly recommend Nicola for any conveyancing work.
