From start to finish I was very happy with the way in which my case was handled. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and efficient. The pre-advice was clear and helpful. Once engaged, everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with the communication. A few issues with Royal Mail were a little stressful but these were dealt with sympathetically.

As we have been so pleased with various conveyancing services provided by EMD Law in the recent past, we engaged Nicola to undertake the conveyancing of my late brother - in - law's property. Although a problem with the deeds emerged and the initial buyers withdrew for a separate reason, Nicola calmly and tenaciously worked through these issues with great efficiency and patience. She communicated promptly, politely and effectively throughout the whole process. Commendably, Nicola even came into the office from leave on the day of completion especially to see the deal over the line. We would subsequently thoroughly recommend Nicola for any conveyancing work.
