From start to finish I was very happy with the way in which my case was handled. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and efficient. The pre-advice was clear and helpful. Once engaged, everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with the communication. A few issues with Royal Mail were a little stressful but these were dealt with sympathetically.
