My daughter was placed in a disciplinary process by her employer as a result of a minor error at work while she was under considerable stress. We met with Samir at Manak Solicitors, whose calm and professional advice was very reassuring. He quickly crafted a detailed response for us to send to the employer which, after some consideration by them, led to them dropping the disciplinary and fully re-instating her, with recognition of her personal situation and addition of appropriate adjustments to assist her at work. I came to Manak Solicitors specifically because of Samir’s experience in dealing with TfL cases. Samir was wonderful to work with. I felt that he genuinely understood my situation and knew how best to approach my case. His letter to TfL was exceptionally well written, thorough, and presented my circumstances very clearly. Unfortunately, despite this, the outcome was unsuccessful, which was disappointing. I am giving 3 stars because I found the communication and administration between speaking with Samir and the administrative assistants could have been better. I often had to email to ask for updates and chase progress. For example, on 6 August I agreed for the letter to be sent to TfL, but I did not receive confirmation or an update afterwards. I emailed again on 17 August to chase this, only to find that the letter was sent the following day, on 18 August. I was disappointed that this was further delayed, particularly as I was already dealing with a very stressful situation and had a court date approaching. More proactive communication and timely updates would have made the experience much less stressful. Aside from this, Samir himself was excellent, and I appreciated his professionalism, understanding and the effort he put into my case.

Scam, they dont even help you they just want your money
