I used my partners freedom pass for 3 months and was caught on TfL overground but told the inspector I used bank card. In my response to TfL I said I used bank card then said I used freedom pass on the last day of my response to them as I have been all over the place. Talked to Samir who advised me, I sent him my documents and he wrote TfL for me. I was issued a warning when I could have lost my job. Best solicitor I have ever been represented by.
