Aksah our conveyancer for both the sale and purchase was amazing and supportive - especially with our first buyer who turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Aksah remained supportive providing great advice and successfully saw us through completion. Highly recommend the service.
Service from Aksah was excellent and very professional. Each time a question needed answering she was quick to answer and provide accurate information and honest opinions. Defo recommend her to everyone. Keep it up.
Kerry was excellent throughout the sale of two properties and purchase of another, despite multiple complications with the sale of one of the properties and a difficult vendor of the the purchasing property. She was quick to respond, answered all questions thoroughly and was very approachable. I hope to never have to buy/sell a property again, but would happily use Kerry again should the need arise and have recommended her to friends and family already.
Having just completed the sale of my fathers property I had the pleasure of dealing with Aksah who displayed commitment and professionalism throughout whilst still displaying a human touch for the added complications of an LPA. I was helped and guided at all stages and was extremely impressed at the level of service.
They steal your money, Literally by not providing the service you pay, they make COSTLY errors, then attempt to hide them, their advice in not true, provide inaccurate information don't answer the phone or reply to emails for weeks, delaying your property journey, I nearly didn't sell my property due to their incompetence * Be especially aware of Melanie Potts Complaint Manager and Andrew Bell Director * they are unhelpful, and UNTRUSTWORTHY. AVOID!
