I had an excellent experience working with Usaid and Naureen, who helped me complete my auction sale in just 28 days. Usaid was very supportive, efficient, and reliable throughout, always responding promptly to my emails and phone calls, which really helped to ease the stress of the process. I will definitely work with them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.
Second time returning to Silverdale solicitors Bury, getting the expertise of Saj Amin, very helpful and honest, overall 5* services. Highly recommended!

Lacking communication, always hardly reply back to me in the first request. .... unless you told them that you going to report them to the SRLA for unprofessional conducted...... I would never recommend this practice, as they are totally unprofessional. I will report their negligence to the law Society soon!!

Had a great experience with Silverdale Solicitors for the conveyancing of two auction purchase properties. They handled everything smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
