Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Fergus and His Team After being involved in a bike accident, my case was handled by Carpenters Solicitors for nearly four years, and unfortunately, they were absolutely awful. At no point during that time did I feel confident that my case would ever be resolved, and I didn’t receive a penny from them. In 2025, I attended the Motorbike Show and happened to come across Fergus at his stand. I explained my situation and who had been dealing with my case. Straight away, he reassured me there wouldn’t be a problem taking it on and getting me the compensation I deserved. If I’m honest, I was sceptical at first after my previous experience. However, true to his word, Fergus got in touch the very next Monday after the show. I provided all the details he needed, and he took it from there. What followed was nothing short of incredible. Within just five months, my case was fully settled and the money was in my bank — yes, five months! Fergus was absolutely fantastic throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, gave clear advice on what I needed to do, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Him and his team were professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about getting the right outcome. I had a somewhat challenging and confusing experience with McHale & Co Solicitors. I was initially introduced to them via my broker, Tembo. After my case was assigned to an agent, there was no initial contact or introduction from them, so I had to reach out directly to initiate communication. Unfortunately, this set the tone for a lack of clarity and ownership at the outset. There was a considerable amount of unnecessary back-and-forth throughout the process, and I experienced delays which were very frustrating. At one stage, my case handler was not particularly helpful and came across as rude when I was trying to resolve these issues. My case was also transferred between two different handlers without my knowledge, which further impacted continuity. I only became aware of this after calling and being informed that my original agent was no longer handling my case, without any prior communication or context. However, once my file was assigned to Taylor So, the experience improved. Taylor was efficient, clear in communication, and handled the process professionally and supported me through to exchange and completion. Overall, while the latter part of my experience was positive, the earlier stages lacked consistency, and client care.

Victoria was superb at providing me with clarity and confidence throughout an emotionally difficult time. Her approach is always objective and her writing style to other parties is consistently professional and I am proud to have her represent me.

What's more, they blamed me for the mistake. The costs are astronomical in relation to the work performed which was not delivered to the Court at all. And also threatening to sue the court for delaying payment for worthless work that was not delivered to the court on time. I do not recommend these two ladies with all my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was enough to simply say sorry. To wipe away my tears, they reduced my costs by £240, which confirmed that they had messed something up. But the rest of the money is money down the drain. I jeszcze straszenie pozwem do Sądu za opóźnienie płatności za bezwartościową pracẹ która nie została dostarczona na czas do Sądu. Tych dwóch Pań nie polecam z całego serca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A wystarczyło powiedzieć proste przepraszam. Na otarcie łez obniżyły mi koszty o £240 czym potwierdziły że coś jednak zawaliły. Ale pozostałe pieniążki to pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto.
