After separating from my husband, I needed to transfer the equity in our property and was recommended to use JMP. From start to finish, I found them incredibly efficient, professional, and supportive. The team was always easy to contact by phone or email, and if I ever needed a callback, they always got back to me promptly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and approachable, but I would particularly like to mention Nicola and Nikita. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Their friendly manner immediately put me at ease, and they were always on hand to answer any questions or provide updates whenever I needed them. As the transfer involved my ex-husband and his parents, who I had authorised to speak on my behalf, there were naturally a lot of questions from different parties. JMP handled this brilliantly, taking the time to answer everyone’s queries and ensuring that all involved felt informed and reassured. Because the situation was amicable, it was important that communication remained clear and positive, and JMP managed this exceptionally well. The entire process ran smoothly from my perspective. Once everything had been completed, Nicola even called me personally to let me know, which was a lovely touch and demonstrated the excellent level of service they provide. Legal matters can often be stressful, particularly during a separation, but JMP genuinely took much of that stress away. They guided me through every step, kept me informed, and provided reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when they didn’t immediately have an answer to a question, they were always honest, reassuring, and followed up exactly when they said they would. I honestly cannot say anything negative about my experience. The service I received was professional, efficient, communicative, and genuinely caring. I would not hesitate to recommend JMP, and I am especially grateful to Nicola and Nikita for all their help and support throughout the process.

At the outset all seemed very promising with the option to use an online portal application to action documents and assess progress. However, once the necessary documentation was uploaded we quickly actioned/completed our required tasks but found progress was slow and communication slower unless we chased. From the initial promise of the app it unfortunately appeared to become redundant as it was only used at the beginning and end of the process.

We have recently bought a property using Sharon at JMP. The process was made so much easier as Sharon agreed to join the agent’s WhatsApp group. Thank you Sharon for making this process so less stressful.
