Poor service and communication throughout. I was constantly passed between solicitors, with nobody able to answer my questions. I only got my keys after repeatedly chasing them myself. Very frustrating and far below the standard I expected.

I used their conveyancing department for the purchase of my first home. Claire Bridges dealt with my purchase efficiently. Gave updates promptly, she explained the process and legal terms so I had a clear understanding of everything I needed to do. Claire made buying my first home feel stress free. You are made to feel welcome and I was introduced to the owner of the firm Tony which gave it that personal touch. Definitely did not feel like just another client through the door. I would definitely recommend her services.
