I’ve spoken with Kimberley today who was exemplary in terms of her manners and her ability to do her job. She processed my details, read me all that she would be legally obliged to, and professional in all aspects. She managed to keep my hyper active mind on track at various points, and managed to get information that another person might not have, due to other people commenting that my communication skills are subpar due being subpar to my autism, she didn’t complain at all, and I am sure I won’t have any complaints with JF Law, as they have brought me justice before.

Good and clearly explained service, only constructive criticism is I didn’t like Leah’s accent very much as I have had a few bad experiences with scousers in the past but am feeling a bit more confident about this particular encounter so far. So could be bit of a bridge builder for me in the future. And hopefully no more violent confrontations with Liverpudlians, 🤔🙄
