I have used Joanna Connolly for 3, if not 4 separate claims over the last few years - always professional. They explain everything clearly, even the technical jargon . Communication is open and honest, and they will provide sound advice and unlike other firms - they will not just take on any case - but they will advise (e.g. I had a £200 claim that needed looking at - they advised pro-bono that is wasn't commercially sensible to defend and just to settle) . Others would have tried to extract as much money out of you as possible! I hope I do not have to use them again - but I have no hesitation in recommending their services, and if I ever do - I'll be back to them.

Having previously used these solicitors I had complete faith that Joanna could once again help me with the debt case brought against me by Link and their solicitor Kearns. From the first helpful contact with Sam who took my initial details and who then passed me over to Gerry to explain what the chances of a good outcome would be and if it was worth pursuing I was then further contacted by Joanna who took over the claim and filed the defence. The combination of team work, communication and experience then resulted in a successful win. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Joanna Connolly Solicitors having received a County Court claim form from Drydensfairfax ‘on behalf’ of Arrow. Right from the very first phone call Colin gave me reassurance that everything would be dealt with and there was no need to worry. Have had a few cases using Joanna Connolly, and every time they perform outstandingly. You may not realise it, but many debts are unenforceable due to dodgy & illegal practices employed in the industry.
