I approached JCS in relation to an old debt which i was being hounded by from Lowell. I dealt initially with Sam who instantly put me at ease and lowered the high anxiety I was experiencing. She went through the entire process and was polite, professional and non judgemental. I then dealt with Joanna who drafted my Defence and again put me at ease and was lovely to deal with. As a result of me instructing JCS, my claim was discontinued which was an absolute relief. I would highly recommend using JCS.

Following years of trying to fight off vexatious and underhand tactics from Capquest, they came back for a third attempt to take me to court. This time I decided to spend some of my hard earned money to get someone professional to fight back on my behalf. The money I paid JCS was considerably less than the amount Capquest was claiming and now they have dropped the case entirely. Thank You! I instructed Joanna Connolly Solicitors to assist with defending a fast-track court claim relating to a re-sold consumer credit debt. From the outset, the team were professional, knowledgeable and reassuring during what was a very stressful process. I dealt regularly with Sam, who was always helpful, responsive and took the time to explain things clearly and answer my questions throughout. The firm prepared a detailed defence and handled all correspondence efficiently. After proceedings were issued, the claimant ultimately discontinued the claim, which was a huge relief. Have had a few cases using Joanna Connolly, and every time they perform outstandingly.
