Some told me to expect a callback that never came, others quoted extremely high costs, and I found it very difficult to simply speak to someone qualified to answer my questions. Save yourself the hassle and contact JCS. I was seeking advice about a CCJ that had been set aside and reissued years later, adding four more years to the time it could be enforced and another four years on my credit report. I initially spoke with Gerard, who listened carefully to what happened, clearly explained my options in terms of defence, and openly and accurately discussed the likely costs. I was then in contact with Joanna, who drafted the application to set aside. After reviewing the first draft, Joanna rewrote it entirely, making it much more personal and specific to my situation. I was genuinely impressed when I read it. After a few emails back and forth and a short call to make some small changes, it was complete. I was kept informed of everything after that point and then received a call with the good news. The creditor agreed to the CCJ being set aside and the case being dismissed entirely. I am extremely grateful for the work JCS did and would not hesitate to recommend them. I felt they were genuinely on my side from start to finish.

The whole team at Joanna Connolly Solicitors were helpful and reassuring from the outset. Not only does Jo understand every facet of this area, but her familiarity with its major players and their common behaviour means your defence is not only thorough but also delivered to its best advantage. In my case, the claim fell at the first argument which was only the first of several she had prepared. If I ever need this kind of help again I won't call anyone else.

I contacted Joanna Connolly Solicitors having received a County Court claim form from Drydensfairfax ‘on behalf’ of Arrow. Right from the very first phone call Colin gave me reassurance that everything would be dealt with and there was no need to worry. The communication throughout the process was fantastic and concluded in a very positive outcome. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in a similar situation and would like to thank Colin and the team again for all their hard work and guidance throughout.

I had a debt matter which had proved to be a very stressful experience, but as soon as I'd contacted and then instructed JCS, they filled me with confidence whilst remaining realistic. Have had a few cases using Joanna Connolly, and every time they perform outstandingly. You may not realise it, but many debts are unenforceable due to dodgy & illegal practices employed in the industry.
