Experienced multiple issues with my file being swapped olbetween various cash handlers. Always needed to chase them for an update and when we finally did complete they sent us the documents for a different property to the one we purchased. Also after a year of living at the new address, it turns out that they hadn't given notice to the landlord so they weren't aware the property had changed ownership.
