    Breach of personal data claim NHS

    Andrew was very professional and also happy to negotiate on my behalf when I wasn't happy with the initial offer to be sent. He was patient and understanding of the circumstances that led to my claim and dealt with it sensitively. As a result it was settled for more and got the result I wanted in the end as I sent enough evidence to help with my claim and also NHS had accepted fault prior to my claim and had apologised and had done an after action review. Hope this helps but I would recommend SBW law amd would use again if ever I needed to.
