Posting this on behalf of my Mother and Father-in-Law who hadn't moved house for 49 years. They never even had cause to call the offices as Leanne kept them fully updated throughout the transaction. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave concise and considered advice, explaining everything thoroughly, with every issue that arose and ultimately made moving house for them so easy.
