    Posting this on behalf of my Mother and Father-in-Law who hadn't moved house for 49 years. They never even had cause to call the offices as Leanne kept them fully updated throughout the transaction. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave concise and considered advice, explaining everything thoroughly, with every issue that arose and ultimately made moving house for them so easy. They AND I, certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leanne and the Conveyancing Team at SHL.

      I had a settlement agreement that required a solicitor approval, from arrival at the building being greeted by a friendly receptionist it was a pleasant experience. Debbie explained everything clearly, highlighted items to be aware of and actions to take, took the ambiguity out of the situation and was extremely thorough with the proceedings. A stress free experience to what is a stressful situation.

      PROBATE PROPERTY SALE

      I’ve not dealt with Julie before this sale. Due to it being a probate sale it was anything other than straight forward. We also had restrictions on the title to deal with. Julie’s comms were exceptional and every email, call, questions were dealt with rapidly. Despite delays due to the council, Julie got the same over the line in around 11 weeks. I will definitely use Julie again plus recommend her to others
