I had a settlement agreement that required a solicitor approval, from arrival at the building being greeted by a friendly receptionist it was a pleasant experience. Debbie explained everything clearly, highlighted items to be aware of and actions to take, took the ambiguity out of the situation and was extremely thorough with the proceedings. I had a really positive experience working with Liam Johnson during our house purchase. I’ve not dealt with Julie before this sale. Due to it being a probate sale it was anything other than straight forward. We also had restrictions on the title to deal with. Julie’s comms were exceptional and every email, call, questions were dealt with rapidly. Despite delays due to the council, Julie got the same over the line in around 11 weeks. I will definitely use Julie again plus recommend her to others
