    PROBATE PROPERTY SALE

    I’ve not dealt with Julie before this sale. Due to it being a probate sale it was anything other than straight forward. We also had restrictions on the title to deal with. Julie’s comms were exceptional and every email, call, questions were dealt with rapidly. Despite delays due to the council, Julie got the same over the line in around 11 weeks. I will definitely use Julie again plus recommend her to others

    My family recently used st helens law whilst selling a property Leanne Allen and Julie Brannan were very professional and supported my family at what was a very difficult time as my dad had cancer they helped us through every step and were amazing when my dad sadly passed they were treated us with empathy everything was handled professionally and promptly they were always available if we needed help with anything can't thank them enough for making everything easy for us.

    I contacted St Helens law after a recommendation from a friend I am so glad I did after the loss of my father. Kirsty Cartwright dealt with my probate application and it was all done in a matter of four weeks. It was a very simple process easier than I thought it would be. I'm now going to use them for the conveyancing of the house. I would highly recommend Kirsty for all your probate applications

    We used st.helens law when our mum passed away because we had to go to probate & kirsty Cartwright dealt with this she was lovely & kept us informed at all times .we then went back to St Helens Law for the house to be sold & Julie Brannan dealt with this , she was lovely & kept us upto date with the sale at all times & today she has rang me to say everything is completed.       Posting this on behalf of my Mother and Father-in-Law who hadn't moved house for 49 years. They never even had cause to call the offices as Leanne kept them fully updated throughout the transaction. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave concise and considered advice, explaining everything thoroughly, with every issue that arose and ultimately made moving house for them so easy.
