One star is too generous, they were totally inept and missed some fundamentals such as the need for deeds of variation that I had to point out on multiple occasions. There was no urgency in their service whatsoever until 2 weekend before my mortgage offer was about to expire and even then they were still telling me they had to delay things so I had time to move. I already lived in the property which they were obviously well aware of
I have just completed on my latest investment property purchase and once again I used the services of Caitlin Maher who works at Cook & Talbot LTD Southport Branch. In life you have many bad experiences and make sure you leave that review in detail , but equally when you have great experiences - you should take time out to give praise were its due. Hence, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a prompt professionally company for convincing support , to look no further that Cook & Talbot LTD , equally I would if possible ask for Caitlin to lead your purchase in what is a very stressful process (but she makes it as stress free as possible).
