I’ve dealt with lots of solicitors over the years, having completed numerous purchases and sales both personally and through my work, and I have to say, Susanna Cosgrove at VC Law is one of the BEST! One of the most important things for me is communication, and Susanna is absolutely fantastic. From day one, she was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and kept me informed at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This was not a straightforward transaction, and there were certainly a few hurdles along the way, but Susanna was brilliant at answering all my questions, explaining everything clearly and reassuring me whenever needed. Having come across Rebecca when purchasing a previous home , we were impressed by her efficiency,manner and help with the process. When we came to sell that property,it was an easy choice to ask if VCLaw would act again on our behalf both for the sale and for the purchase of a new home. The team involved with our buisness, came across a few road blocks along the way. However, they kept us fully aware of what was happening and the sheer determination and dedication to getting us over the line was demonstrated every time there was a phone conversation or an e mail etc. Their hard work paid off and we cannot thank Rebecca Anna and Jools enough for all their help in keeping their focus on doing their jobs.

Elsa Sheeran handled the sale of my flat. It was fraught with problems but Elsa worked extremely hard to try and solve them all, going above and beyond what was required of her. On a number of occasions she worked late into the evening dealing with urgent issues and responding to my emails. She was dedicated to acting in my best interests at all times and really kind as well. VC Law's communication was excellent - Elsa was always very responsive and readily available to help or answer queries. I knew I could rely on getting hold of her or a colleague if I needed to. Jeanette was absolutely fantastic throughout our house move. She was so nice and personable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything completed successfully. Our chain was incredibly stressful due to uncommunicative solicitors further down the chain, but Jeanette did everything she could to keep things moving and make the move happen. It was clear that she truly cared, and I’m so grateful for all her hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would happily use her again in the future. First time selling and re-buying a New build Wish I had heard of them when i was selling as the company I used was very confusing and long winded when they said 12+ weeks for a new build I had to cancel as I would of lost the house that's when VC LAW was recommended to me not only did they say can be completed in 5wks possibly quicker if I had got all paper work in sooner they were also £800 cheaper! for the same purchase. Was straight forward if I didn't understand anything in the emails they where very helpful at the end of the phone. I could not recommend them enough.

I had to sell my mum’s flat in Formby while located here in Canada. It was a completely new process for me but Chloe Youd took excellent care of the whole process and walked me though everything that was needed in a timely and organized manner. Very happy with the service provided and results!
