I found RLE very difficult to work with. My calls and emails were ignored for the majority of the time and responses took too long. If you need a quick turn around and real time updates/information I would steer clear of RLE.

The whole experience between PinkMove and RLE Law was stressful. The process was full of mixed messages, unnecessary delays and extra expense. I would never recommend either.
I have been nothing but impressed with the service provided by Beverly Cooke. Firstly, she was not the original fee earner and picked this file up over 6 months into the process. Conveyancing is hard enough at the moment, let alone picking up a complex file part way through. She has had a calming manner throughout, always available to speak to, always responds to emails swiftly and has often gone above and beyond with out of hours/weekend emails of reassurance. I am always a little wary of solicitors that are not local/recommended by IFA's but I must admit that Beverly has reinstated my faith. She is a huge asset to RLE Law and I would not fail to recommend her/use her again. She has worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, often late into the night, which really is going above and beyond. Thanks Beverly!

At the beginning I wasn't sure if you can get a professional and high-quality service in such affordable price, but the conveyancing process went really well. Solicitors are friendly and you can monitor the process moving along on your online account. It was my first step on the property ladder and I'm glad I chose this company.

Can't thank Victoria Jones enough for her continued commitment and support through a turbulent 2 years of various proceedings.
