I wouldn't touch these conveyancers if I had the choice again. Very unwilling to chase my buyers solicitors and slow to get things done and not proactive at all

Unfortunately there are a lot of hidden fees , I greed with them to do the sale of my house for £2200 , and they charged me with hidden fees , they played the game that they are good at to ripping you off they charged me £1000 extra with hidden fees, I do not recommend them to anyone, they are not honest but they know how to play the game

Hi Safwat. We look forward to speaking. I want to reassure you that I’m really sorry you felt this way. It’s the last thing we want as my brother and I (both solicitors 36 and 31 years respectively) after losing our father to medical negligence (due to fellow professional doctors cutting corners). We vowed in our own legal profession to never cut corners where additional issues arose in the client’s case. As a result we move a record 95% of clients compared to 1 in 3 who fail with other lawyers nationally. That saves clients the stress and financial loss of losing their move. The other thing we value is to be very clear and transparent on costs and only charge where additional work was required - and if not, none would be added. In your case you had additional work you needed and we charged only for that additional work on top, nothing else. I’ve been an estate agent for years and can confidently say that Alastair Maloney and Nathan Carter-Lunn at AV Rillo are without doubt one of the most efficient teams I’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is exceptional, their professionalism is second to none, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The AV Rillo system itself is miles ahead of what most other solicitors use – it keeps both agents and clients fully informed throughout, which makes such a huge difference in speeding up transactions and reducing stress for everyone involved. Sarah Baker and the team provided an exceptional service throughout my recent house purchase. High professionalism

Such a great team, they work extremely professionally, quickly and the client feels calm and informed about what is needed all the time. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs it. Great response to my conterms

We recently used AVRillo for the purchase of our first home. They were quick and efficient and we were in our home less than 3 months after we had our offer accepted. Their portal was clear to follow so you could see the stages and progress. It can feel impersonal at times with limited communication apart from generic automated emails but i can’t knock the efficiency with the time it took us to complete on our property and we never felt that we had to chase anything.
