Hi, I used AVRillo to purchase a house this year. If you are reading lots of reviews you may have seen my review where I had a number of concerns. This is the second time we've used Joanne Turnbull at Avrillo for a property purchase, and once again the service was excellent. Joanne was thorough, proactive, and easy to reach throughout the whole process, flagging things early and explaining everything clearly along the way. Communication was consistently good we never felt like we were chasing for updates, and nothing fell through the cracks. Having used her twice now, it's clear this level of service isn't a one-off it's just how she works. Would happily use Joanne again and recommend her to anyone looking for a conveyancer they can trust to get the job done properly.

I am a first time buyer and was very happy how the purchase process was done without no issues. Avrrillo was constantly communicating with us and things to be done which was very helpful. There was no chain in my purchase but it went on very quickly just 2 months. I will recommend this Solicitors for anyone interested in purchasing a property as I have seen they will not disappoint, they deliver. Buying a house is stressful at the best of times, but Neuza has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated, and really helped to calm me down whenever I started to worry. She's been so helpful throughout the whole process and did everything she could to get it through as quickly as possible. I honestly don't think it would have happened without her. Joanne Turnbull was my Solicitor. She answered by questions in a timely manor. Process was approximately 3 months, which was great. Just waiting for the final two processes to be completed.
