Very positive experience – they were easy to get on the phone and booking a meeting was straightforward. The online portal is excellent, with a clear milestones section showing exactly where we’re up to and full visibility of all communications sent on our behalf. Everything about the conveyancing itself was handled very professionally and competently. 5 stars for that. But, there were too many automated emails asking for information already provided, and I got called by a useless AI. If that had not happened this would be a 5 star review...

We recently used AVRillo for the purchase of our first home. They were quick and efficient and we were in our home less than 3 months after we had our offer accepted. Their portal was clear to follow so you could see the stages and progress. It can feel impersonal at times with limited communication apart from generic automated emails but i can’t knock the efficiency with the time it took us to complete on our property and we never felt that we had to chase anything.
