The online portal was easy to understand and speaking directly was easy and efficient using the booking system. Very positive experience – they were easy to get on the phone and booking a meeting was straightforward. The online portal is excellent, with a clear milestones section showing exactly where we’re up to and full visibility of all communications sent on our behalf. None of the common issues I constantly hear from friends about their solicitors – everything felt smooth, transparent, and well managed.

Everything about the conveyancing itself was handled very professionally and competently. 5 stars for that. But, there were too many automated emails asking for information already provided, and I got called by a useless AI. If that had not happened this would be a 5 star review...
