We had a really positive experience selling our house, even though the sale itself was quite complicated! Victoria and the team were always so pleasant and professional throughout, and it made a real difference having people like that on our side. My only very small niggle was that I found the portal a little clunky to navigate, particularly with a sale and purchase happening at the same time. But honestly, that's a minor thing, the team were always on hand, responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed them. Genuinely lovely people to work with, and I'd happily recommend them.

Practically perfect in every way! Great communication, prompt responses, fantastically helpful in dealing with a moving target on completion due to illness Karen kept everything moving smoothly along and made me very glad that I used A V Rillo (again, after a 17 year gap!)
