Instructed avrillo in march and exchanged today, so quite a quick transaction. We had some bumps along the way, but if I needed to speak to someone I booked a call and the help I got was always very reassuring. Being a bit older than some clients it took a little while to get my head around the portal but again I had good help and guidance. I did feel overwhelmed at times with all the documents, letters, emails etc, but that was down to me I have no doubt. Particular mention for Sophia Davis for holding my hand many times!
