Hi, I used AVRillo to purchase a house this year. If you are reading lots of reviews you may have seen my review where I had a number of concerns. Since I wrote the review I was contacted by two senior members of AVRillo who took my concerns very seriously and I was very pleased with their response. We had a really positive experience with AVRillo Conveyancing. Victoria handled our case perfectly and made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish. While we interacted with some lovely, hardworking individual staff at AVRillo, we cannot recommend them. Our house purchase was apparently "as low risk as is possible", yet just two days before our completion date, we were blindsided by a final conveyancing bill of nearly £4,000, which was a massive jump from our initial £2,500 estimate. These additional costs were buried in fine print inside introductory PDFs and were never communicated or flagged to us at any point during the process. What was supposed to be an exciting day, became a very stressful one.

My overall experience with AV.RILLO has been amazing from start to finish, especially thanks to Karen Fearnley. She went above and beyond to help and guide me through every step of the process, making the whole journey feel so smooth and stress-free. Karen always had a detailed and knowledgeable answer to every question I asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She is an extremely knowledgeable and professional lady, and I have to take my hat off to her for the care and attention she gave throughout. I can only imagine that I wasn’t the only case she was handling, yet she made me feel like my experience truly mattered. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made such a positive difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for all her help and support. We had a pleasant experience with AVRillo. Their communication was very good. The app was easy to navigate too. Nathan was a real star. There was complications with our process (nothing to do with our side) but Nathan keep pushing and done an amazing job to get our sale and purchase over the line. Shocking service, terribly slow, I had to constantly chase them. They added on extra costs. I would avoid.
