    PLEASE DO NOT USE MISSED SOMEONE OWNING MY LAND! I purchased a property and avrillo was my solicitors, it was recently brought to my attention that someone owns part of my rear garden which the solicitors missed. I asked them and they confirmed someone definitely owns it but it’s my responsibility to check the boundaries because apparently we all know what boundary it should be. They have brushed me off and are telling me it was my responsibility to check the boundary even though they missed it when it clearly shows on the land registry a block at the back isn’t within the redline. They won’t help me or take responsibility and have told me to hire another solicitor to look in to it, please save yourself the thousands they charge and go elsewhere so you don’t have the stress of their mistakes and cost you thousands more

    Love the online platform, but they constantly tried to sell extra searches that were not required and added £240 charges for completing sooner than two weeks after exchange, even though it was them that delayed the exchange.
