Be cautious if you're moving from England to Wales. AVRillo do not deal with the complexities of Stamp Duty between the two. Unfortunately they don't make you aware of this until AFTER they have taken money for searches. I questioned about stamp duty and they then realised my purchase is in Wales and quickly told me I needed to find another conveyancer who deals with this as they don't. I had already received paperwork with my purchase address on so don't really understand how they missed my move was to Wales. I have now lost money for a mistake that wasn't made by myself and the search done was only a basic local authority search.

My conveyancing team lead by Sarah Parker was very good, very professional. They were all very helpful. My sale went through very smoothly no problem whatsoever, all the stages was explained to me. I will used them again and recommend them. Well done guys keep up the good work.
