We had an amazing experience with AVRillo from start to finish. We set about buying a house last year and were recommended these conveyancers through a friend as we didn’t know where to start. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Donna for the entire process (which took 9 months due to the other side) and she was an absolute angel for everything she did for us. She was extremely kind, professional, helpful and just a really welcoming person which was beyond reassuring for 2 people who had never dealt with any of this before. We had a tricky sale due to the requirement of a deed of variation which the other side’s solicitors didn’t have a clue what they were doing and caused major delays throughout the process, however Donna and her team came through and took on a large part of the deed and even went about advising on how to write it to help speed up the process. The online portal and free video chats are also an amazing asset to this company, requiring us to only sign 2 physical documents as the rest was done online. We have now been living in our home for 5 months, everything is complete and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone (especially Donna) at AVRillo for everything!
