    Selling my mums house as she entered in to a Carehome, is very difficult emotionally and mentally..but I have to say this approach kept me on track, allowed me to address issues at a time convenient with me, but also allowed me to see where I was in the process.     Asked for a single quote, once. Since then, non-stop scare marketing through email and WhatsApp with no way of unsubscribing. No other lawyer would compare opting for another solicitor to choosing "a cut price parachute for a skydive or a cut price surgeon for an operation". Thoroughly unprofessional, and a horrendous way to do business. I highly recommend readers of this review opt for a solicitor that doesn't need to intimidate people into becoming their clients. For context, AVRillo's quote was £800 higher than that of a local high-street solicitor.

    Hi Louis, our approach is plain speaking because we believe consumers deserve to know the 1 in 3 risk of failing after instructing lawyers elsewhere to just 5% risk with us. It’s hard to get this across in a quote, but I t’s right we try as we don’t want to hide that risk. That plain speaking is why we’re award winning and many clients become clients for life. That’s why we send a quote followed by two reminder emails (and WhatsApp equivalents) to help clients make informed choices - to save money in the long run, not just go for the cheapest on paper. Regarding the £800 difference: the Ombudsman government receives so many complaints against conveyancers because of the lack of transparency over costs. Our quote doesn’t hide things. We choose to be fully transparent and upfront with everything. We’re never going to be the very cheapest because that’s when service and results suffer, but we’re three times more likely to move clients. We use parachute and surgeon analogies because when 400,000 sales collapse every year with £1.5 billion lost, our conviction to communicate with stark examples comes through strongly. The government’s just announced massive reforms because they acknowledge the system is broken too. I’ll double check why you didn’t get a trigger to be removed from our communications. We’re not for everyone, and I respect that. I hope your move goes smoothly.
