I was delighted with the service that I received from the team at Harold Benjamin. This included the solicitors Andy Finkel and then Jessica Wettasinghe, (my flat purchase was handed over to Jessica due to an internal reorganization); and Manjit Dhanda the paralegal. This was the second time that I purchased a flat with Harold Benjamin, and once again I was provided with a professional and friendly service. I found that communication was clear and prompt, searches were through and detailed, and a personable and kind approach made a huge difference when the process hit stressful points!

Jessica was a delight. She answered all my questions so promptly and was so organised that it made making the biggest decision of my life to buy a property one of the simplest in executing. She responded so rapidly to my queries and always available to talk through any questions I had. Also appreciated her patience - from the number of the different fees that are added in / forgotten about, she was able to clarify everything very efficiently.
