After struggling to cope with dealing with an inheritance, we requested help from Garner&Hancock. The overall management of our needs was handled by Jakub Kotan. This involved deaing with properties in three countries (sale, conveyancing, etc.), dealing with the authorities abroad, bringing in colleagues where necessary to help with taxes, our own will writing and power of attorney requirements. Under Jakub's guidance, we had contact with a number of his colleagues and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following people for their help: Matthew Goddard, Gurdev Mann, Tiana Stewart, Komal Soni, Kiran Walia, Nigel George, Natalie Meehan, Imogen Cotter, Chloe Melling, Charne Rossouw and Massimo Cairo - my sincere apologies to anyone I may have missed. All the members of staff we contacted were highly professional, polite, friendly and effective. Despite not being the easiest clients to deal with, we are very happy with the help received. I had a probate sale to process and, having good experiences with Garner & Hancock in the past, chose them to deal with it. The team working on this (Gurdev, Komal and Tiana) worked diligently. I was greatly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency to bring the matter to a successful conclusion without delay, despite being under Covid-lockdown for most of the time. I booked an appointment for notarisation and apostolate. The appointment was cancelled because of the weather. I was offered to come in the morning or next week. Came in the morning and was then asked to wait until nearly lunchtime. I missed my own business appointments due to this poor service. Took my business elsewhere
