I recently used this company for the purchase of a chalet. from the start they were friendly and professional, nothing was too much. This was a new process to me and i needed to ask questions throughout the process and the team at England & Co were always helpful, they explained the process and each stage as it happened. They were in constant communication with the other side, pushed for answers and anything else that was needed. I would definitely recommend England & Co.

I've used England & Co before and they were excellent. On this occasion I just had a basic inquiry that was dealt with professionally and pleasantly.
England & Co are the company I always recommend to my clients as a mortgage broker. I hadn't used them personally until me and my wife sold and purchased a new property. They were outstanding throughout, Vickie, Chloe, Amy & Rebecca all went above and beyond to chase the other solicitors to progress the sale and purchase. Solicitors on the other side were poor to say the least and England & Co were a constant rock for us. It was so reassuring to know we had competent solicitors on our side. It got to a really sticky point just 3 days before completion and we hadn't exchanged. Without the hard work of the people named above, I genuinely don't think we would have completed when we did. They totally justified my recommendations to other clients to use them. I've used almost every solicitor in Norfolk through clients now and I can honestly say that England & Co are the best by a country mile. They're honest, punctual & very knowledgeable of all elements of the house sale, purchase & remortgage process. I can't thank them enough, they're all superstars. Thanks from Tom & Hannah! :)

Very friendly long established firm. Reputation locally but not advertised enough in local paper and media. Costs on par with other local firms. All slightly rather expensive compared with doing a will online. Many customers however at my advanced years (in my 80's) feel safer approaching a local reputable firm.
