From the first telephone call with reception staff, to meeting our solicitor, we felt listened to and dealt with with kindness and respect. Personal skills from all were faultless. The offices and rooms were very well presented. There was nothing to not like, you gave a professional service all round. The professionalism of all the staff is what i like the most. The left hand handrail going upstairs is difficult to use for someone with an ambulant disability. A downstairs room would be good for older people.
