I was highly recommended Faye by someone I know who went through a buy and selling of his properties. I am so glad of that recommendation as Faye proved to be diligent, professional, hardworking and made me feel so comfortable in the sale of my own property and onwards to buying into a shared ownership. There is so much involved in the buying of a shared ownership but when we had our 1:1 for the signing of documents, Faye remained patient and calm at all times with a sense of humour. I can understand why the practice will not continue to work with shared ownership but I am so glad Faye worked and helped me through the process. I will highly recommend Faye for any conveyancing and personally to friends and Clark Willis as a preferred solicitors. I wish you well as a practice in Northallerton and in Darlington.
