    Dealing with Walker Foster Solicitors and in particular Emily Throup and Sarah Bright was easy and straightforward. Emily and Sarah were clear and polite in their communications with us. Emily was very driven and pushed to move things forward with the sale while providing us with all the relevant information, as well as telling us exactly what we needed to do clearly and concisely.     I had dealt with WF previously and had a good experience (residential) so it only made sense for me to use them again when acquiring a commercial property. I was disappointed due to: - was not fully kept up to date. - the lady that was dealing with me was rude. - I sensed WF was very money hungry. - I did most of the chasing myself (even though I was paying them to do this). When they invoiced me over 10% of the actual sale I was shocked. If you want to overpay and do most of the chasing yourself then reach out to them. I will NOT use them again. Sadly, the owner's mindset of money grabbing filters through to the team.

    Amelie is just fantastic. I have worked with many solicitors over the years as part of my job, and personally in the past, but never have I seen someone work as Amelie has for us. Solicitors certainly have a 'hard to deal with' stereotype, and I can honestly say this is not the case with anyone at Walker Foster or Amelie. Joe and Emily have also been a vital part to our extremely stressful house buying and selling process, but can honestly say we got through because of these guys.       Got me through the worst time of my life.

      After an incredibly difficult three-year divorce process, I have finally achieved a fair settlement, and I honestly do not believe I could have done it without Sara Rutter and Gillian Petty at Walker Foster Solicitors. From the very beginning, Sara was professional, calm, determined, and completely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for me. Despite every challenge put in the way, Sara remained focused, strategic, and relentless in pushing the case forward. Thanks to her expertise, persistence, and support, my divorce has now been finalised & I have received a fair settlement. More importantly, she helped me stay grounded and confident during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
