I have been to see Mr Byrne twice this year and he has been very good and telling me what I should and shouldn’t be doing, he read me all the documentation through asking me if I understood each paragraph along the way, I would highly recommend this firm of Solicitors to anyone they are local too.

Sheila was very helpful and always on hand . Slight hiccup with timing but that was my decision to pull out due to conveyancing concerns . All in all a very fast and efficient house sale . Would use again in the future and definitely recommend to friends and family , fair prices too

The sale of my house was a difficult process which had to overcome numerous challenges. It was an extremely stressful process throughout which Kirsty was calm, professional, patient and helped me overcome each challenge with a warm, caring and friendly manner. In spite of these challenges and delays, Kirsty with fantastic support of Trice and Helen delivered the completion within my time critical deadline of 31st March 2026. To do so Kirsty worked very closely with the Bingham staff of Richard Watkinson's who were also very helpful and professional throughout the process which at times must have been as torturous for all concerned as it was for myself. Paige has taken me through a transfer of equity and buying a shared ownership property this year, during a very difficult time. She kept me informed throughout, offered compassionate advice and did her best to keep things moving quickly. Every time I had to pop into the office Weronica was great, friendly, quick and efficient. They both made a really difficult start of the year, much easier than it might otherwise have been. The quotes I received for services, were also comparable to some of the 'cheap' Internet solicitors, which I was initially caught out with, I used a firm that I found on the Internet, which suddenly closed down, with no notice to staff or clients. Hawley and Rogers stepped in and took over immediately, getting things moving. Thank you Paige for all of your hard work for me this year.

I have used H&R solicitors over the last few years for a variety of reason including the sale and purchase of a house, and more recently, the creation of mine and my husbands wills. The process from start to finish has been seamless and stress free. The advice has been informative, accurate but never persuasive of pushy. Chrissey and Nadine are a wonderful team who delivered over and above and whom I would have no hesitation recommending (and have done to a couple of friends) and whom I would definitely use again even though I live 3 hours away. You're in excellent hands I promise.
