As a nervous house seller I found all the Stapleford office staff helpful and kind. Even when the office closed it was easy to contact who I needed to. Paige Goodenough was great - very professional but also willing to listen to my worries and advise. My house sale went very smoothly.

The service we received from Hawley and Rodgers (Long Eaton branch) was second to none. We were fist time buyers and the process could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Sheila, Marie and the team. Any issues we had from the seller's side were resolved thanks to Sheila being proactive and effective and we were in our new house in 2 months! Sheila was also very prompt in answering any emails (which I hear from others is rare in a solicitor) and when she was on holiday, she arranged for cover as we were at a crucial spot in our buying process. She did everything she could to help us and get the move in date we wanted when there was pushback from the seller's new build developer. We were recommended Sheila by a friend who had issues with her solicitor and said that Sheila, even though she was not her solicitor, had tried to help her which shows how much she cares. We would highly recommend her for anybody that needs a solicitor!

Paige has taken me through a transfer of equity and buying a shared ownership property this year, during a very difficult time. She kept me informed throughout, offered compassionate advice and did her best to keep things moving quickly. Every time I had to pop into the office Weronica was great, friendly, quick and efficient. They both made a really difficult start of the year, much easier than it might otherwise have been. The quotes I received for services, were also comparable to some of the 'cheap' Internet solicitors, which I was initially caught out with, I used a firm that I found on the Internet, which suddenly closed down, with no notice to staff or clients. Hawley and Rogers stepped in and took over immediately, getting things moving. Thank you Paige for all of your hard work for me this year.

Niall Byrne was extremely thorough and prompt in all correspondence. There was clear communication throughout and I was able to ask any questions I had and the process was clearly explained to me. Everything was progressed with speed and efficiency as well as empathy. The service from the entire team at Hawley & Rodgers was so supportive and extremely quick to respond.
