Cindy has been so clear in her communication, totally approachable, efficient and friendly and I feel has been there every step of the way guiding me through the emotive situation that I found myself in. I really am very grateful and would definitely recommend.

We had a long and pretty complicated chain, which never having negotiated such a beast before, was somewhat worrisome. However, our solicitor was excellent, always helpful and reassuring. The fees may have been a bit more than if we'd used a conveyancing company - I don't know and frankly I don't care - there are times when paying for a proper service delivered by people who know their business has a real value, and this was one of them. Highly recommended.

I was forced to seek representation in an unexpected dispute with my sibling regarding the estate of my parent, for whom we were both designated executors. Michael was recommended to me and I could not have asked for better representation. He handled a very difficult issue during this emotionally charged time with a deep knowledge of the law, a keen understanding of human motivations and frailties, and a sensitivity to the need to manage legal costs. I was not happy to find myself in this situation, but very happy to have found Michael to help me through it. Through his guidance and firm but understanding presentation of the issues, I'm glad to report that not only was the outcome positive but also a potential permanent rift in the family was avoided. In the last 12 months I have used Everys for Probate and Conveyancing services and have received a great service on both occasions. From the initial brief meeting just to discuss the Probate work required I was impressed by their helpfulness and knowledge. As well as providing what I feel was good value for money for the type of work required they also made a difficult time much less stressful for which I am very grateful. Wonderful service, 10/10.

We would 100% recommend using Ella Wright at Everys for house conveyancing. She looked after the sale and purchase of our property and was very efficient and accurate with her dealings for what turned into a slightly difficult sale. She pushed other solicitors in the chain and was ready to go when others weren’t.
