This review is to thank Pardoes for their recent services - initial informative sympathetic enquiry call with Taffy , thank you, and subsequent expert handling of my case with Mark Hood. Whilst not particularly complex, I found my divorce challenging and difficult for me. From the outset, Mark ensured that I understood every step clearly and concisely, explaining what to expect, including the expected costs, so there were no hidden surprises. Ever patient and listening to my concerns, Mark was always an email or call away with his prompt responses and reassuring replies. Mark was also sympathetic and supportive, conscious of my welfare throughout, which was invaluable to the end. Even simple things like easy car parking, friendly reception and offered coffees smoothed each visit to the office. So yes, ultimately the required outcome for me and on my experience, I can recommend Pardoes professional and caring services. My enquiry didn’t end up going further, but just wanted to say how lovey Martina was to speak to. She was really helpful, approachable and kind throughout, and it was genuinely nice speaking to someone like that.

I sought initial advice from Molly regarding the start of my divorce proceedings and couldn’t be more impressed. She was able to break down the legal jargon in to plain English and gave me a very clear roadmap of what to expect at each stage. She gave me a calm and compassionate environment to talk in from the moment we spoke. She listened intently to my concerns and provided practical, sensitive advice with out making me free rushed or pressured. I felt Molly genuinely cared about me, my well-being and my situation as much as the preferred legal outcomes.

We have a particularly unpleasant neighbour. 17 years ago after 5 years or more of legal correspondence we attended a mediation hearing over a boundary issue, after which all parties signed an agreement and a determined boundary was submitted successfully to Land Registry. My neighbour never reconciled himself to this, accusing all parties of corruption, and refused to abide by the agreement to such an extent that he eventually built a structure across the determined boundary. We felt forced to go to law and were recommended to Mrs. Bhavani Hogarty at Pardoes in Yeovil by the surveyor who did work for us in 2009. Ultimately we attended a Summary Judgment hearing achieving success which was entirely due to the hard work put in by my excellent lawyer and her chosen barrister Mr. Edward Peters KC.

Went to this solicitors to ask for help twice now and have been ignored both times. Said someone would get in contact to help me and never did. So completely rude and unprofessional. Communication is a vital skill needed in law and they somehow seem to lack it. Sad this company is around because I've been so let down and don't like to know that other people are being treated this way either.
