Ben was extremely efficient and easy to deal with. He had to go above and beyond when dealing with my property sale because of various issues and problems, and I consider that he did a fantastic job in resolving the situation. Highly recommend him and the firm.

Ben was handling the sale of a flat for us. From the start he was on it and doing everything he could to get the sale through efficiently and keeping in contact with us at every stage so that we were aware of how things were progressing. The buyers solicitor was causing issues at every stage with being extremely inefficient, not reading the documents that were sent over, not replying to emails or phone calls, and dragging the process out by an extra 4 months. Ben was continually pushing and chasing up for us to try and get some progress and was amazing throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend Ben to anyone and would use him again.
