I researched lots of companies before deciding on Hetts. I was very impressed with Ashley from the first email. Everything was clear and went smoothly. It took 4 months in total to extend the lease on my flat with a local authority in London.
I would highly recommend Ashley and would use them again without hesitation.

I was at my whit's end with not seeing my daughter and Nicola calmed the situation for me and gave me a clear path to focus on, I am now on the road to seeing my daughter again and only due to financial difficulties i have had to go the last bit alone.

Hetts were recommended to me for a Lease Extension involving a local authority flat in SW1 Central London. They have experience in dealing with Local Authorities in London and the process was uncomplicated and less expensive than I had previously experienced with a locally based firm.
Communication was clear and response times were quick. Would also recommend.

I needed help with getting a more appropriate price for extending the lease on my flat than that requested by my freeholder.
Ashley Connell was my Hetts Solicitor and i would certainly recommend him. He is very professional and understanding. He dealt with my lease swiftly and knowledgeably and achieved a much reduced price. Hetts fees are also very moderate in comparison with other solicitors yet still offering an excellent service. In my opinion five stars on all counts.

Ashley was highly professional, efficient and very approachable. The fees that Hetts charged for my lease extension were less than half those quoted by the other lease extension solicitors that I approached and the service provided by Hetts was first class in every way.
