I used hetts for the sale of my house and purchase of a new house. Karen Watson and Regan Duffus handled this for me and everything went smoothly and stress free. They handled the legal side very professionally. I can highly recommend using Hetts for any conveyancing that is required. Thank you Karen and Regan.
Despite a successful transaction with this firm towards the end of 2025, I was very disappointed and increasingly frustrated with the communication from Hetts regarding my conveyancing. Particularly difficult was the auto response to email promising they would be replied to within 3 working days - this never happened without exaggeration and we had to email and then contact the Practice Manager in order to receive responses - this happened more than once. For a number of reasons we didn't end up completing the transaction, and have engaged others.
