Extremely disappointing experience with this firm.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm. Despite repeated attempts to make contact, including multiple emails and phone calls, I received no response. It was only after lodging three formal complaints that my case was finally reassigned to another solicitor. I followed the firm’s own complaints procedure and even emailed a senior partner twice, yet never received a reply. This complete lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating. The final straw came on the day I was due to exchange contracts. Despite having raised a key issue for more than three months, and having already paid my deposit to the firm, the matter remained unresolved. As a direct result, my bank withdrew its mortgage offer, causing significant stress and financial consequences. Overall, my experience with Hetts Solicitors has been one of poor communication, neglect, and disregard for client concerns. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before instructing this firm.
