Sara has been the most compassionate/understanding /professional solicitor that has ever represented me. From my first meeting, Sara talked me through the journey, explaining full emotional and financial expectations. Sara was always available and supportive whenever i contacted her and went over and above by supporting me with my wife who never had anyone representing her, but in a neutral sensitive way that gave us both support and reduced costs in this emotional divorce. They are the worst solicitors to deal with I would not recommend them to anyone they left me worrying about what was going on I’ve had them on two different cases at the same time and I’ve had to change solicitors half way though with the 1 now I’m trying to do the same with the second 1 as well I don’t think anyone should use them low standards and very rude as well and never contact you back when they should with email or a call im putting a complaint in with the law society due to the worry me and my family have been put through due to Ansons solicitors

In your case, we had to make the difficult decision to step away from acting for you, as we have professional duties to consider, which means we must ensure that our position in the case remains appropriate. Whilst the reasons for this were not of our making, we explained these reasons to you directly, both in writing and by phone, and we provided guidance to help you continue with your case without disruption. With regard to your concerns about communication, we have reviewed our records carefully. Our notes confirm that calls and emails were responded to promptly throughout the time we acted for you, and at no time was a formal complaint ever made. We are not aware of any second matter that we have been instructed on. We note that there is an ongoing matter in which you were indirectly involved (albeit not as our client) but we are not aware of any complaints or issues from our clients in relation to that matter. We always welcome feedback, as it helps us improve. If you would like to discuss this matter further, or if there is anything outstanding that you would like us to address, please do not hesitate to contact our team directly. It's been a let down dealing with decected estate inadiqate from begining I would defiantly not use this firm as a benafisury been let down and caused more upset than needed
We have moved twice now and both times we have gone with Ansons and David. The service is first class and professional. The communication is great. If we had any enquiries then David or Dawn respond to us straight away via email or by returning our call. I would strongly recommend using Ansons if you need a solicitor.

William Trinder at Ansons Law was the very best when he acted on my behalf in the sale of my property. It should have been straight forward but there were issues and he was superb. We recently used Ansons whilst moving home and they were great! We had William and he kept us informed and updated along the way on what was happening and any next steps. They were great!
