Made an already traumatic & stressful situation a million times worse. (Notice how they’ve also removed their reviews from their Facebook page) Absolutely horrific company. Michael Thompson is nothing but rude to his clients. Your allocated solicitor never even attends your hearings, they send young trainees for complicated cases who do not have a clue about your case or fight your corner whatsoever. None of my points ever even got raised every single hearing. They never answer the phone or reply to emails and constantly cancel appointments due to ‘personal reasons’, then rush you through everything in a panic 5 minutes before you go into the court room every hearing. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL REPRESENTATION AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They refuse to hold their hands up at all for their constant mistakes & awful service and try to turn it on you and make out you are the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. How they are still in business is beyond me. Despite complaining about them to the Scottish Legal Aid Board they were still useless and nothing but rude. If you see many other 1 star reviews on Google you’ll note this is unfortunately a common experience. How they are still in business after the way they treat their clients is beyond me.
